This program is designed for very good skiers and boarders with a lot of off-piste experience.
Our experienced and fully qualified guides will show you the best runs in Sölden and on the glacier areas of the Ötztal and Pitztal. If there is any good snow, we know where.
Our days will include skiing and boarding steep couloirs, long runs up to 2000 altitude meters and untracked powder. Belays are waiting for the really adventurous to abseil into otherwise hard to reach lines. An unforgettable experience, guaranteed!

Agenda
Day 1
Meet at sports4you sportshop at 9 am, introduce program, sign waivers, check gear then head for local ski area. Check out local conditions and warm up.
Freeriding.
Day 2 - 5
Freeriding, avalanche awareness training, video analysis, technic training.
Please note that the agenda can change due to local conditions.
We will be on the slopes between 4 to 5 hours every day, not including lunch break.
Guides and group size
Our guides are fully qualified and have years of experience under their belts.
You will find this course a lot easier with an off piste ski, which has a minimum width of 70 mm underneath your ski boot. They should also have a soft flex.
To get more of a surfing feeling in powder, your board shouldn't be too short and should have a soft flex.
We suggest bringing light clothing of varying thicknesses that can be 'layered' to achieve comfort and versatility. You need to bring:
Waterproof jacket (with hood) and pants
Fleece or softshell jacket
Polypro underwear (top and bottom)
Wool or fleece hat
Helmet
Back protector
Waterproof gloves
Rental gear

Insurance
You will require your own insurance.
