Join us for 5 days of powder, runs as long as 2000 vertical meters and lots of fun with other passionate skiers and boarders.

Prerequisites
You should be able to ski or board powder snow. You should also have a good level of arobic fitness, since we will be riding up to 5000 or more vertical meters a day.

Agenda
Day 1
Meet at sports4you sport shop at 9 am, introduce program, sign waivers, check gear then head for local ski area. Warm up runs, intro to avalanche safety equipment.
Day 2-5
Freeriding 4 to 5 hours a day, not including lunch break.
Please note that the agenda can change due to local weather and snow conditions.
Guides and group size
Our guides are fully qualified and have years of experience under their belts.
You will find this course a lot easier with an off piste ski, which has a minimum width of 80 mm underneath your ski boot. They should also have a soft flex.
To get more of a surfing feeling in powder, your board shouldn't be too short and should have a soft flex.
We reccomend bringing light clothing of varying thicknesses that can be 'layered' to achieve comfort and versatility.
We suggest you bring:
Waterproof jacket (with hood) and pants
Fleece or softshell jacket
Polypro underwear (top and bottom)
Wool or fleece hat
Helmet
Back protector
Waterproof gloves
Rental gear

You will require your own insurance.
